Black Moa Chick Mini-pet!Quest is outlined here. Posting due to interest in the Alliance channel. You need all 3 campaigns and Eye of The North to do this. You might be able to get people to collect the stuff for you from campaigns you don't have, but I'm not sure about that.

Well got me that little mini pet. I had a little trouble with the Priest Arknar quest, part of Sorrow's Furnace, but Cyvil gave me a hand and we got it down. Priest Arknar is where you have to keep him alive and you have to leave him to get the groups, so he died since it was difficult to split the party, when you Hench and Heros.
Got the Oro quest done with Hero's and Henches, which finish To Sorrow's Furnace, then Final Assault again Hero's and Henches. Almost was going to leave after I got hit by the Fire, as thats all that take to make the mini pet, but decided to finish the quest. Got a little burned by the Dijin, but final got them separated and took them down.
You will need the Zho book to get the incubate kit from Katherine, and it has to be your characters book, as it is personalized and will not transfer the ability to get the kit. Not sure if once you have the kit if you can transfer it, but possibly.
I saw someone was trying to sell one for 50k, not sure though they would sell that high.
I guess this pet is costly. I just relized how much in materials it will cost.

So at least 24K in materials, then all the time to gather materials. The most difficult part is finishing both "to Sorrow's Furnace" and then "Final Assault".
I am on my second one and nearly finish with that one. They look very cute.
Skale fins can be farmed outside the north exit/entrance to LA.
I farmed for the fins and wings, but if someone was in a hurry they could buy them.
I will likely give one to my ranger which has a Black Moa Pet.
Well I have not two Baby Moa Pets and enough materials for a third.
Not sure I will get the third anytime soon as now it just taking up a slot.
They are both so, well, small :lol:

I really wish I hadn't dropped to Sorrow's Furnace when the GW:EN preview came out, had all of the first 4 quest complete now I have to redo it all over again. Been working on it though because I love the whole idea behind it and hope they add some more quest like it (the scavenger hunt that is). The Priest Arknar quest, which took alot of wind out of my sails, I finally beat with H/H. Post MM and Rit (Xandra is so hot haven't seen the face but with a figure like that she can keep the bag on her head :D ) with him. Then I would clear out the Blast rock Dredges and run back to help these guys out when they were attacked, can't for the life of me remember how I did this back in the day with Henchmen only.
